Extra Players When you go into the screen to create players, press A + C then press START and you'll get to choose different people. Shorter Periods For a much faster game, hold A + C and press Start on the Select screen. The game's periods will shorten to 30 seconds each. Easy Goal When skating as a right winger, skate up the boards,stop exactly on the (your right side up ice)right goal line,cut hard across the crease outline, and slam home a back-hander when you have the goalie off the least bit.Please do not try this with any team except Detroit because everybody else is so bad it will not work.
