Pull my finger If you type "pull my finger" on any training mission your plane blows up! Tour of duty Hold option down, and while still holding option down, select "Tour of Duty" if you do it right, you should get a box that asks for the mission numberand player type. Don't worry about the player type, just pick the number of a mission that you want.
