Pre-production scenes Insert Disc 2. Highlight the "Missing" option at the main menu option (near the "2" in the lower left corner of the screen). Press Left to display a telephone. Dial 4444244 on the phone, and Papa Lazarou will appear. Select the number to view the scenes.
