Use world tour stages in arcade mode
After reaching the Nintendo, Sega, Holiday Inn, or Pringles stages in world tour mode, you can select them in arcade mode by holding down the R trigger when selecting arcade mode from the menu.
Unlocking without Cheats
Go through Tutorial Mode to unlock Uniforms 71-86. Beat World Tour to unlock Hairstyles 71-74, Sunglasses 86-93, and Uniforms 96-102. Beat Arcade Mode one time to unlock Uniforms 87 & 88, two times to unlock Uniforms 90 & 91, and three times to unlock Uniforms 93 & 94.
