To unlock Starvin Marvin lose the Thanksgiving race by not collecting any turkeys.
Jesus
To unlock Jesus win the Christmas race.
Terrance and Phillip
To unlock Terrance and Phillip collect the four pot pies in the Christmas race. There is one behind the building on the right when you start off near checkpoint 1, the second is above the water bridge near checkpoint 2, the third is behind the building coming up to checkpoint 3, and the fourth is behind the building near checkpoint 4.
Damien
To unlock Damien win the New Year's Eve race and be the only player to touch the key.
Satan
To unlock Satan win the New Year's Eve race.
Ike
To unlock Ike collect the pot pie on the wing of the crashed aeroplane in the Memorial Day race.
To do this, first get a Phillip Phart from the green boxes and drive up the right hand side and collect the Terrance Turbo while the earthquake is going (breaks between earthquakes are about 20 seconds) to land on the aeroplane wing and collect the pot pie. This may take a few tries.
Mrs Broflovski
To unlock Mrs Broflovski collect the Golden Cow on top of Hell's Pass Hospital in the Easter race.
To do this, first get a Phillip Phart out of the green boxes. When you get one, drive up on the left side of the building on the mountain, and when you're at the edge activate the Phillip Phart to land on the roof of Hell's Pass Hospital and collect the Golden Cow.
Bebe
To unlock Bebe lose the Cowdays race without touching the antidote.
Mr Garrison
To unlock Mr Garrison cross all four checkpoints with the trophy on the Rally Days 2 race.
Pip
To unlock Pip only cross checkpoints 1 and 4 with the trophy on Rally Days 2.
