Cheats
The following button press combinations can be used by holding down L1, R1 and SELECT anywhere in the relevant menu.
PRE-GAME (MAIN MENUS):
Piranha Team: X, X, X, X, Circle, Triangle, Square
Phantom Class: Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, Cirlce, Circle, Circle
Eight Tracks: Square, Circle, Triangle, Circle, Square
IN-GAME (PAUSE MENU):
Machine Gun: Square, Circle, X, Square, Circle, X, Triangle
Infinite Energy: Triangle, X, Square, Circle, Triangle, X, Square, Circle
Infinite Weapons: X, X, Square, Square, Circle, Circle, Triangle
Infinite Time: Triangle, Square, Circle, X, Triangle, Square, Circle, X
Fly with animals
Start a game and hold L1,R2,START and SELECT down from the moment the logo of playstation appears. If the Wipeout 2097 screen appears and you see 'Press Start', you release the Start button and you press START. Wait till the Main meny appears and you will be able to choose animals instead of planes.
Cheats
To activate the following cheats, go to the headmenu and holddown SELECT+L1+R1.
Piranha Team - X, X, X, O, Triangle, Square
Phantom Class - Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, O, O, O
All Tracks In All Classes- Square, O, Triangle, O, Square.
